Every classroom will be assigned a qualified lead teacher and assistants.  Little U Academy is interested in employees that are energetic, outgoing, have a positive interest in teaching, and offer a variety of teaching methods.  Classroom management and lesson planning will allow teacher/director involvement in educational programs. Staff members will acquire training in first aid and CPR. All Little U employees are required to pass a background check, prior to employment (among other criteria). Allowing parents to focus on their tasks during their busy daily schedule knowing that their child has been provided the best opportunities to learn in a fun, safe, and loving environment is what Little U is all about.
